workshop design

High-performing teams that are collaborative and work effortlessly toward a common goal, know how to leverage the unique assets of each individual and rely on what everyone can uniquely add. This incredible two-day team building agenda is designed to make inclusion, cooperation and shared goals a more intentional practice, by helping people discover what they do best, maximize those assets and those of their team members.

  • Prior to attending, each participant takes the Clifton Strengths Assessment, which is a 30 minute survey that assesses natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.

  • The Signature Themes are categorized and each participant learns their Top 5 Strengths and those of their team members.

The instructors guide participants through a series of asset-based framework modules during which a skill-building section is paired with a reinforcing horsemanship activity. The group explores together how their Strengths manifest and interact to create stronger communication, collaboration, trust and connection.

name it

The workshop starts by introducing the asset-based framework and reviewing each participant’s strengths. A clear, foundational understanding of each participant’s themes begins the process of understanding how their strengths show up, helping them put a name to those patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

claim it

Building on, the group pursues a deeper level of understanding of what utilizing strengths looks and feels like. Both how they help and how they may hinder - the balconies and basements. Starting to master the totality of one’s strengths helps people be more in control of them and contribute to team success.

aim it

Finally, individual strengths are brought into a team context, exploring what it feels like to intentionally deploy participants’ strengths to enhance individual performance and uplift any team. To achieve collective goals, aiming strengths provides a new awareness of to effectively combine and shine.
